The other day, I shared this post on my social media about feeling anxious...

 

like to be vocal about what I experience so that others maybe wont feel as alone and ashamed because I too have Depression, OCD and anxiety. These "disorders" have been my companion for many years and I am well aware of how isolating it can feel.

So this is a Thank You note to my friends who reached out on social media and otherwise in response to my post.

It's also a resource I created to help others who struggle with anxiety as well.  I hope you can come back to it and use it.
